Global problems won’t be solved by larger organisations. They’ll be dissolved by many small, well-rooted ones.

Ecological Entrepreneurship is the answer.
Not scale-at-all-costs.
Not unicorn fantasies.
Not extractive growth dressed up as innovation.
The real work is quieter.
Small, nature-rooted, culture-aware, human-centric businesses solving local problems and improving life —where they actually exist.
I believe the future belongs to ecological enterprises that follow a few non-negotiables:
1. Progress must regenerate
If a business depletes soil, culture, health, or relationships, it’s not progress—it’s delayed damage.
Ecological entrepreneurship builds:
- resilient local economies
- skilled, rooted people
- places worth living in
- work that doesn’t hollow the soul
2. Serve where your feet are
Primary service radius: 100 km.
Know the land. Know the people. Know the consequences of your actions.
Yes, you can work online.
No, you don’t ship packaged nonsense across the planet pretending it’s sustainable.
3. Enough is a strategy
Everyone involved earns 10% more than what they actually need.
Not excess. Not greed. Not anxiety-driven accumulation.
Enough creates dignity.
Enough creates generosity.
Enough creates sanity.
4. Right size beats big size
An organisation should cap at 20 + 1 people.
Beyond that, coherence dies. Responsibility diffuses. Ego enters.
Small teams stay human. Humans care.
Global problems won’t be solved by larger organisations.
They’ll be dissolved by many small, well-rooted ones.
The future isn’t centralised.
It’s cellular.
And each cell must be alive.
